Welcome to my first UX Research blog post!

Hi, Readers! My name is Elizabeth, and I have been a UX Researcher since the COVID-19 pandemic. I've had the opportunity to work at three global companies over the past few years and have collected stories that I've been wanting to share.

At the core of who I am, I'm a storyteller. My goal with this blog is to be as authentic and straightforward as possible while providing a deeper dive of the past few years. I want to show what it was like getting laid off, how I approached looking for a job while the marketplace was at a standstill, and why I cried during an interview. The best part of having these experiences is getting to share my stories with others, offer any helpful insights, and hopefully help you feel less alone when tackling the UX career field.
